Project Overview
Mayco Construction provides facilities management services for approximately 90 GAP Plastics branches across the Midlands and North, from Northampton to Inverness.
Our contract covers planned servicing and compliance work for gas, electrical and air conditioning systems. We also deliver projects and small works across all trades, providing GAP Plastics with a single point of contact for maintaining and improving its branches.
All work is managed through our in-house CAFM system. This allows us to schedule servicing, track jobs and maintain records across the estate, giving our team clear oversight of work at each branch.
With sites spread across a wide geographical area, we coordinate routine visits, repairs and improvement projects around the operational needs of each location.
