Working within the Education Sector, supporting Academies and local Authorities offering re-assurance that projects are being completed in line with the correct local and national governing bodies.

MAYCO only employ and contract sub-contractors who comply with our strict codes of practice while carrying out work in this sector.

This is backed up by contractors having had full

DBS checks on them. For added re-assurance and governance our supervisors carry, safe guarding qualifications.

Health Sector

Here at MAYCO we ensure our projects are carried out in accordance with the Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) which gives us comprehensive advice and guidance on the design, installation and operation of specialised building and engineering technology used in the delivery of healthcare.

Ensuring we comply with HTM's our electrical engineers have completed specific qualifications to deem competency to work within this sector by obtaining HTM 02-06 CPLV.

We understand the demands and requirements placed upon a contractor carrying out work within this environment.
