Mayco was awarded a two-year facilities management contract for Calico Group at Dovestones Gardens in Burnley.
Dovestones Gardens is a £21 million development designed to support people over 55 with extra care or support needs to live independently in their own home. Mayco was appointed to deliver the full facilities management contract, helping to ensure compliance is maintained across the site’s assets.
A 24-hour, 365-day resource was allocated by Mayco to support the contract.
