Project Overview
Mayco was awarded a two-year facilities management contract for Calico Group at Dovestones Gardens in Burnley.
Dovestones Gardens is a £21 million development designed to support people over 55 with extra care or support needs to live independently in their own home. Mayco was appointed to deliver the full facilities management contract, helping to ensure compliance is maintained across the site’s assets.
A 24-hour, 365-day resource was allocated by Mayco to support the contract.
Scope of Works
Mayco’s compliance, annual and reactive maintenance support includes:
- Electrical fixed wire testing / EICR
- Sprinkler and mist testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Emergency lighting testing
- Air conditioning servicing
- BMS checks
- Access control
- CCTV servicing
- Intruder alarm servicing
- Plant room pumps
- Smoke vent servicing
- Solar panel servicing
- Dry riser test and inspection
